2. Determine the Customers Requested Promo
   1. $25/mo on $50 plan
   2. $30/mo on $60 plan
3. Determine how many months:
   1. 3 months
   2. 6 months
   3. 12 months
4. Select the right plan from the options and verify
5. Activate!

• YES. If the customer were to make long distance calls or utilize any features requiring additional funds, it could deplete the balance on the account.

• YES! The customers can switch between the $50 and $60 unlimited plans and keep the discount.

• If the customer moves to a lower rate plan than the $50, they will no longer qualify for the 50% discount.

• Additional funds are added by Verizon at the time of the activation.

• NO, as long as the line does not deactivate.

• The $25 credit is applied each month a day or 2 before the top up date.

• Changing their plan to the $45 or $30 plan.
• Allowing their line to deactivate
• Switching service to a device from National Retail. Example: If your customer purchases a device from Walmart and puts their sim card into said device, it will disqualify them from the 50% discount program.

• NO. Add a line customers do not qualify for the 50% discount however they still qualify for the add a line discount of $20.

• 3-Month Activations earn 100% MRC Spiff at the time of the activation along with the 10% discount applied to $75 or $90 3 month cost.

  • $50 X 3 dealer earnings = $50 instant spiff & $7.50 airtime margin.
  • $60 X 3 dealer earnings = $60 instant spiff & $9.00 airtime margin.

• 6-Month Activations earn 100% MRC Spiff at the time of the activation along with the 10% discount applied to the $150 or $180 6 month cost.

  • $50 X 6 dealer earnings = $50 instant spiff & $15.00 airtime margin.
